Return and Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted. Whether it’s a size swap or a full refund, our goal is to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products (Cheese, Dips, etc.), we cannot accept returns for food safety reasons.

2. Refunds & Replacements

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled upon arrival:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt using our contact form.
  • Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement shipment or a refund to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to being processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is final.
